There’s no i in TEAM!

I was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, where I started my first web agency, at 18 years old. Over the years, I worked with hundreds of clients and later went on to joining a venture capital firm. There I built my foundation and network before ultimately deciding to move to California to pursue a job in San Francisco. That was 7 years ago and the best decision I’ve ever made.

Working in SF and LA, I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry. As a reminder, I sometimes like to look at past reviews that my direct reports have given me. Here is one example that makes me unbelievably happy and proud:
